In my case, it has central air conditioning, a washing machine, a refrigerator, and a water heater. The password-protected door is also solid and secure. We were the second ones to rent this apartment, so there won’t be any issues with appliances. There are very few people in the suburbs, so you don’t have to wait for the elevator; you can step directly into a retirement lifestyle. And there’s another awesome thing: although there are not many people and the surrounding facilities are not very complete, just two intersections to the north, there's a whole range of food, drinks, and entertainment. My daily routine now is to wake up in the morning and exercise, buy groceries and cook at noon, and in the afternoon, I relax and check projects and market trends. It's quite enjoyable😁
