ETH Surges 3.57% as Whale Accumulation and Record Network Activity Offset ETF Outflows
Ethereum (ETHUSDT) experienced a 3.57% price increase over the last 24 hours, rising from 3438.42 to 3561.15 on Binance. This upward movement follows a period of heightened volatility, with the price rebounding after a recent drop and supported by increased activity from large holders, including a major whale accumulation of approximately $299 million in ETH. However, the market also saw significant outflows from spot Ethereum ETFs, ending a 20-day inflow streak and reflecting mixed investor sentiment. Despite the ETF outflows, Ethereum’s active addresses reached a one-year high, indicating strong network engagement. The current market capitalization stands near $430 billion, with a 24-hour trading volume of $21.60 billion, and ETH remains the second-largest cryptocurrency by market cap.
