The Hangzhou State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission, now involved, is scrutinizing whether Wahaha has been paying national dividends as required. When the Old Master was alive, no one dared question this. But with Zong Fuli in charge, it’s a different story. If such large sums were transferred abroad without proportional income sharing, it may be seen as embezzlement. Is she risking state funds to create private trusts offshore? This is reckless — self-centered behavior that disregards consequences, obsessed with control and revenge. Rules, norms, and responsibility mean nothing. Miss Zong… you're playing with fire.
