WCT Foundation's Developer Technical Documentation Localization Plan
The WalletConnect Foundation has launched a technical documentation localization plan, organizing community volunteers to translate core development documents into 30 minority languages (such as Vietnamese, Hausa, Persian). Those who meet the translation quality standards can receive rewards of 100-300 WCT for each article. The official will regularly update document versions and synchronize translated content. By 2025, the translation of documents into 15 languages will be completed. A Vietnamese developer, with the help of localized documents, completed the WCT protocol integration in 3 days, and the social dApp they developed surpassed 100,000 monthly active users in Southeast Asia. The localization plan breaks down the technical barriers for developers of minority languages, allowing the WCT ecosystem to penetrate broader emerging markets.
