Humanity Will Be Destroyed: Former Google Engineer Named the Growing Threat
Some experts believe that the development of artificial intelligence could pose a direct threat to the future of humanity
The probability of human extinction due to artificial intelligence (AI) is "at least 95%". Such a grim fate awaits humanity if they continue on the current path. This opinion was expressed by Nate Soares, a former engineer at Google and Microsoft, and now the president of the Machine Intelligence Research Institute.
"If we do not change our current course - the chances of avoiding extinction are almost nonexistent. We are speeding toward a cliff at 100 km/h," noted Nate Soares.
