Minister Bilal Bin Saqib and Kyrgyzstan’s investment agency director are planning a formal MoU to align crypto rules, foster innovation, and grow their digital economies.

Pakistan’s already running a national crypto regulator and building a Bitcoin reserve. Kyrgyzstan is advancing CBDCs, crypto education, and blockchain payments.
