When market is uncertain and you don't feel like investing or trading in anything then atleast you can discuss things with others and learn together.
What i think is: big players are accumulating, filling their wallets quietly. And this is just a temporary pull back, sort of like how the water resedes before a tsunami. Why i am saying this? Many factors: technical, previous history, patterns but above all market sentiment. Market wants to see a big altcoins bull run. And i thing it's highly unlikely that big players will let this year go without getting one. But of course, DYOR and make your own decisions as, when it comes to crypto, nothing is 100% sure.
