Hello, anyone who has this issue in the task center, which is entering a publishing task and completing the post correctly, and when returning to the page, the (claim) button does not appear. Therefore, I contacted Binance support to inform them of the problem, accompanied by a screen recording video of the publishing task...

And they gave me these procedures to verify:

1- Make sure to update your Binance app:
. Go to the Google Play Store or the Apple Store, depending on your device.
. Search for the Binance app.
. If there is an update, tap Update. This should automatically update your Binance mobile app.

2- Clear the app's cache and cookies:
From the app's home page
Press the Binance logo at the top right
1- Select settings ⚙️
2- Go to the option to clear the cache at the bottom
3 - Click on the Yes button to clear the cache
Then exit the app (also make sure to exit the app in the background applications)

3- Restart your mobile device:
. Access the power menu of your mobile device by pressing the power button.
. Tap Restart.
. Once restarted, reopen the Binance app and try to check the same page.

I tried it and it didn't work, so they told me that the problem is on their end and they will solve the problem, I think in 48 hours 👍👍✔️
