When I first stepped into crypto, I wish someone had told me that feeling scared, anxious, or not understanding anything is completely normal, especially when the market is down.

I still remember the day I started. The market was green, people were doubling their profits in hours, and social media was just filled with good news. I felt like I was late, so I bought without thinking and just started waiting for the 'magic'.

In just a few days, the atmosphere changed. One red candle, then another… and all my investments started to fall. I was refreshing the charts every hour. I scoured Twitter, Telegram, YouTube to understand what was really happening.

At that time, I had neither understanding nor experience. When I asked some people questions, I got the reply, 'If you're scared, just get out.' It felt really bad. It seemed like I wasn't even a part of this place. There were very few people who were actually explaining things.

But over time, I learned one thing: panicking during a downturn is common. The people who look confident today have also gone through this phase. The only difference is that they have endured several cycles now.

If you are new and feeling scared, don't panic. Learn slowly, everything will make sense. Just don't get discouraged by what others say. Ask questions, because that's the best way to learn.

And not everyone in the community comes in as an expert. Some people genuinely want to change their lives. Making fun of new people is wrong. We all talk about 'mass adoption', and this is it. New people will come, feel scared, get confused, and we need to explain things to them, show them the way.

Because the true strength of crypto is this: No Gatekeepers, No Elite, just people coming together to create something new.
