Gas fees choking the chain game? How Treehouse's 'Zero Gas Minting' breaks the deadlock

Last night, the on-chain Gas fees surged to 200 gwei, and our developer group went into a frenzy—players complained that the cost of NFT minting was higher than the items themselves, how can we play like this? 😫 It wasn't until TreehouseFi's zk-Rollup solution was implemented that the situation turned around.

According to their on-chain data released last week, in the testing integrated with Polygon, the average cost of NFT minting dropped from 1.2 to 0.15 (see the screenshots in the comments). The key lies in three designs:

1. Dynamic Gas Engine

Unlike traditional solutions that passively wait for on-chain rates, their engine scans the EVM chain status every 15 seconds. When the Base chain suddenly became congested yesterday, the system automatically compressed 200 transactions into batches to be processed during the low valley of the night—this operation is much easier than manually adjusting Gas.

2. The cost of AI anti-cheating

Although behavioral fingerprint recognition can catch 90% of bots, we found during testing that players using cloud phones were misjudged! The team worked overnight to add regional latency corrections, willing to miss 10 scripts rather than mistakenly harm real players—this kind of trade-off is something AI cannot learn.

3. The trade-offs of cross-chain bridges

Currently only connecting Polygon/BSC is not due to lack of technology, but because the team insists on 'safety > speed'. They personally witnessed rejecting an urgent order from a certain traffic chain simply because the other party's verification nodes were not open source—are there still teams that prioritize player assets in this day and age?

Now I understand why venture capital firms like dragfly are rushing to invest: solutions that truly address pain points will see developers voting with their feet. As for whether the #Treehouse ecosystem can reap the next wave of dividends? Looking at the SDK access volume they announced this morning, I would say 'crowded' is not an exaggeration...
