Caldera is the architect, $ERA is the construction order

Building a smart building requires two things:

First, an architect who understands structure (Caldera) who uses standardized modules, Rollup framework, and governance rules to draw the blueprints.

Second, a permit (ERA) that allows the blueprints to come to life; only with it can you start construction, call upon system resources, and initiate validation synchronization.

Not holding an ERA is like having blueprints but being stopped by the site security guard.

Is ERA a brick? No. It is your token to start work, it is the scheduling certificate that determines whether the construction site can be activated.

It does not build houses; it allows houses to exist.
