To be honest, I was dragged into using LA by a friend. I wasn't really interested in this new project at first. But as I used it, I actually discovered quite a few surprises.

The speed of the transfer is impressively fast; as soon as I clicked send, my friend's phone rang, and we thought there was a bug because it was so quick.
What surprised me the most was their customer service. Last Saturday at around 2 AM, I encountered an issue and casually sent a message in the Telegram group. To my surprise, someone replied within five minutes. Even more astonishing, the other party directly called me to teach me how to operate it, and I found out afterward that it was the technical lead of the project. Such service attitude is truly a first in the crypto space.
However, there are a few minor issues I want to complain about:
1. The web version is always lagging on Safari.
2. The transaction record export feature is hard to find.
3. The prompts for new version updates are too frequent.
Suggestions for friends who want to try it out:
- Start with small transfers to get the hang of it.
- Make sure to back up your mnemonic phrase.
- Pay attention to their official announcements.
After using it for a month, I feel that LA is genuinely working on their product. Although it doesn't have the fame of those trendy projects, the user experience is truly commendable. I hope the team can maintain this momentum and not get sidetracked by the market.
