One time I complained about a feature being difficult to use, and the next day, I saw the developers soliciting improvement suggestions in the group—this level of service attitude is something I wouldn't even dare to imagine in other projects!
Of course, there are issues. The mobile app sometimes crashes, and the web version can lag during peak times. But every update shows that they are fixing issues, which is a lot better than those projects that disappear after raising funds.
