#ETH A celebration of the tenth anniversary of Ethereum was a great success, with the symbolic destruction of the Founder’s Torch NFT, marking this historic moment. Over these ten years, Ethereum has undergone significant transformations, from the transition from PoW (Proof of Work) to PoS (Proof of Stake), the emergence of the L2 ecosystem, the explosion of DeFi and NFT markets, to the gradual development of on-chain yield models. Ethereum has established itself as a central pillar of innovation across the cryptocurrency sector.
This year, we also witnessed the price of Ethereum rise from $1,400 to $3,900, demonstrating its strong value in the ecosystem and the increasing acceptance by capital. This appreciation reflects the market's recognition of its potential and importance in the cryptocurrency landscape.
From an investment return perspective, I believe that, at the moment, mid and small-cap altcoins, outside of Bitcoin, present a more attractive potential. These projects are, for the most part, in early stages, with relatively low valuations. In the current market recovery cycle, they have greater flexibility and a more explosive appreciation potential.
