On July 31, Pudgy Penguins CEO Luca Netz revealed that the team has participated in U.S. crypto legislation as government consultants and submitted an application for the 'PENGU ETF', which will include the $PENGU token and NFTs.
Previously (on June 26), a 19b-4 application for the Canary PENGU ETF was submitted to the SEC.
The popularity of penguins has been quite good. If the ETF is approved, it will lead to another surge, and there will be opportunities for spot layout.
