I estimate that most people, like me, manage their Binance assets by just enabling automatic investment for financial products, and every time I want to trade something, I have to manually withdraw, which is very cumbersome. Now the Binance app has a new feature: Earn Interest on Holdings. I tried it out, and it's pretty good! @Binance Labs

/Note: The prerequisite for earning interest on holdings is that you need to activate it yourself; it is turned off by default!

First, let me explain automatic investment and earning interest on holdings:

Benefits of earning interest on holdings: Tokens will not be locked, and you can trade, withdraw, or use them anytime through your spot account, thus maintaining the flexibility of funds and trading capabilities while earning staking rewards. (Currently only applicable to certain designated tokens)

Automatic investment: It will automatically invest the available tokens in your spot account into capital-preserving earning products, and then you still need to manually redeem them when you want to use them!

Activation process: (As shown in the picture, I have activated automatic!)

1. Open the Binance APP → "Finance" → "Capital Preserving Earning" → "Earn Interest on Holdings"
Note: On the finance page, click the "∨" expansion button to see earn interest on holdings, or you can click the nine dots in the upper right corner of the capital-preserving earning page to find earn interest on holdings.

2. Select the currency, confirm the amount, and you're done! (You can also directly activate automatic)

Earnings calculation method (floating APR/day)
A snapshot of your holdings quantity starts at 8 AM daily (UTC+8) and is averaged based on the annualized return rate (APR). Earnings will be credited to your spot account the next day.
Earnings = Daily Holdings × Annualized Return Rate / 365

I used it and felt great; I no longer need to think about redeeming in finance when I want to trade or operate, I can trade anytime and still earn rewards! It strengthens both earnings and flexible use!

It is important to note that BNB assets participating in earning interest on holdings do not count towards Launchpool, HODLer airdrops, and Megadrop activities!
