#BinanceHODLerTree The billionaire advises acquiring 15% of Bitcoin and gold in the investment portfolio

Although Ray Dalio still prefers gold over Bitcoin, he acknowledges that cryptocurrency is a good means of hedging against major economic risks. He stated that he owns "a little Bitcoin, but not much," and that he "still prefers gold over Bitcoin."

The billionaire also added that he does not believe a central bank will ever adopt Bitcoin as a reserve currency, the reason being – in his opinion – that the network lacks privacy, as everyone can see who does what. He also mentioned doubts about the security of Bitcoin's code and its ability to remain a safe asset in the long term.

Despite these reservations, Ray Dalio sees Bitcoin as a good tool for diversifying the investment portfolio and hedging against macroeconomic risks. He has effectively recommended allocating 15% of the portfolio to Bitcoin and gold to improve the risk-return balance.

It is worth mentioning that Ray Dalio is not the only one expressing concern about the American debt and the decline of the dollar; many investors and analysts share his same worries and are looking for means to protect themselves from these dangers. Bitcoin and gold are often referred to as safe havens that help hedge against the deterioration of fiat currencies and diversify investments.
