After reaching historical highs on July 14, the price of bitcoin experienced a significant downturn to 114,900 on July 25 but has once again demonstrated its strength and after a weekend of recovery, at the time of this writing it is in a bullish channel where it is projected to exceed 118,000 dollars.
An unusual or daring projection was made by the former CEO of BitMex, Arthur Hayes, in mid-May of this year, in which he cited factors more related to a possible radical change in U.S. economic policy, and estimated that BTC could reach $1,000,000 million dollars by the year 2028
