According to a report by Streetinsider, CEA Industries and 10 X Capital announced a private placement financing of $500 million with the support of YZi Labs to establish a BNB treasury, and the two institutions will expand the PIPE issuance scale.
It is reported that over 140 subscribers participated in this issuance, including institutions such as Pantera Capital, Arche Capital, GSR, Borderless, Arrington Capital, Blockchain.com, Hypersphere Capital, Kenetic, in addition to YZi Labs.
