#Analysts Warn XRP Founder Still Has $9 Billion in Tokens to Sell
On-chain analyst Maartunn reports that Ripple founder Chris Larsen has reportedly sold approximately $200 million worth of XRP in recent days. However, Larsen still holds approximately 2.58 billion XRP, valued at $8.83 billion.
Larsen moved these assets just after XRP reached its all-time high of around $3.60, before eventually dropping below $3.09. Many accuse Larsen of selling XRP heavily at such a high price to take personal profits and leave retail investors at a loss.
Analysts warn that this $200 million XRP sale is only the beginning, and further large sales are likely. Therefore, they urge investors to be cautious to avoid being the ones to suffer losses in this massive sell-off.
