#CFTCCryptoSprint Big Moves in U.S. Crypto Regulation! 🚀 The CFTC has officially launched “Crypto Sprint”, a fast-track initiative to implement the Trump Administration’s recent recommendations on digital assets. In collaboration with the SEC’s “Project Crypto”, the goal is to bring long-needed regulatory clarity to the U.S. crypto space — tackling asset classification, market structure, and investor protection. 📢 Among the first moves: allowing regulated trading platforms to offer spot crypto contracts, expanding support for 24/7 trading, and addressing DeFi challenges. Although the defence argued that the Ethereum system’s design permitted their actions, the judge ruled that what they did still qualified as wire fraud. The case is moving forward, with a trial scheduled for October 2025. The Peraire-Bueno brothers remain charged with wire fraud and conspiracy to commit money
