The guy worked as an engineer for three years, and immediately after his dismissal, he filed a complaint demanding more than $11 thousand for overtime work.
To support his claims, the worker presented screenshots and correspondence with colleagues to the court — this was enough to reach a ruling that the sessions were conducted during non-working hours and were mandatory.
