The incremental funds in this bull market come from traditional institutions in the U.S. and investors in U.S. stocks. Due to recent regulatory relaxations in the cryptocurrency space and the introduction of a series of bills, they have shifted their focus from only Bitcoin to now also considering Ethereum and other altcoins.
Funds have also flowed into mainstream coins such as Ethereum, XRP, ADA, LTC, HBAR, BNB, and Doge, which have seen recent increases.
In the early stages of the altcoin season, we should follow the direction of capital flow and prioritize our investments in mainstream coins, while allocating a small portion to meme coins.
