#CryptoClarityAct The Digital Asset Market Clarity Act of 2025 (CLARITY Act), or H.R. 3633, is a bipartisan U.S. legislative proposal introduced by House Financial Services Committee Chairman French Hill on May 29, 2025, to establish a regulatory framework for digital assets. It builds on the earlier Financial Innovation and Technology for the 21st Century Act (FIT21) and aims to resolve long-standing regulatory ambiguity in the crypto industry by clearly delineating oversight between the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) and the Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC). The Act passed the House on July 17, 2025, with a bipartisan vote of 294-134 during "Crypto Week" (July 14–18, 2025) and is now under Senate consideration.
