Once the secondary counterfeit is ignited, it normally won't just be a wave, especially when the major cryptocurrency is stable.
One point we need to consider is: why do they choose to pump the price at this time?
Because the traders are more confident that the current market conditions have improved, and the major cryptocurrency is also relatively stable; simply put, it’s the best time.
Since the traders have initiated the action, it indicates that they have been conserving energy and accumulating good positions, looking to make a significant profit rather than just a short-term play.
Currently, the most representative example is $SPK. Those interested can take a serious look at the candlestick chart, which is almost moving above all moving averages.
The strong continue to be strong, while the weak remain weak; for such coins, one can only go long and not short.
My current approach is to check the gain leaderboard every day and find coins that meet the following criteria:
1. Prioritize new coins from this cycle,
2. The candlestick chart has been declining until now, and the chart has started to show signs of rising, or has just doubled and is in the adjustment phase.
3. The initial circulating market cap is around 20 million to 100 million USD.
4. Must have been listed on OKX or Binance for spot trading.
After finding these criteria, simply check the previous resistance level before the pump and the current support level.
Set stop-loss and take-profit points after buying; the stop-loss should be set at the historical support level before the pump. Currently, I look for stop-loss points within 15% of the previous support level.
Take-profit can only be dynamic, but I currently set my take-profit at double the opening price.
When the market is good, this method has a favorable risk-reward ratio. The optimal strategy is to find coins that have just started to pump; it is not advisable to ambush those that are still declining and have not started to pump, as you may end up entering before it starts, and the market could turn unfavorable.
