According to #BlockBeats and DeFiLlama data, the #Ethereum network has 1,271 protocols, but 88% of them (1,121 projects) made no revenue in the past 30 days.
#Solana , which has 264 protocols, is also facing a similar issue — 75% of its projects haven’t earned anything recently.
This shows that many projects on both blockchains are not generating value at the moment.Also, the rising number of inactive smart contracts is causing extra storage load, higher security risks, and less efficient performance, which harms the user experience.
