In recent years, I've seen too many acquaintances go bankrupt, and even after that, they stubbornly say, "The market is unplayable" or "It's just bad luck." But to be honest, the problem isn't the market; it's your trading habits.
You get impulsive and chase highs when prices rise, and panic sell when they drop, constantly chasing the price and ultimately digging yourself into a hole. Especially those who think, "It's risen for three days; I should jump in for a chance," are not trading; they are gambling.
Some people may have the right direction but go all-in, only to be shaken out when the market slightly fluctuates, missing the real opportunity when it finally starts. The most common mistake is: getting greedy when making small profits and stubbornly holding on when losing; when emotions run high, they go all-in, then pray that prices don't drop—what they're doing isn't trading; it's praying.
What have I relied on all these years? Just the word "patience." I'm not a naturally gifted trader; I've just turned a few basic principles into muscle memory. For example: always build positions in batches, always leave bullets for yourself; avoid coins that drop slowly; only those that drop sharply have rebound logic; determine direction based on daily emotional trends, do not participate in consolidating markets, and big ups and downs are opportunities.
You might think these techniques are not sophisticated, but honestly speaking: those who understand them are making money. Those who can't accept it are still asking, "Teacher, can I break even this time?"
Is there any shortcut to trading cryptocurrencies? Perfecting simple things to the extreme is the biggest advantage. Stop thinking about getting rich overnight; being steady and slow can actually help you survive longer and earn more.
