This is an event that has only symbolic value but is nonetheless significant: the market is starting to take XRP seriously, not only as a speculative asset, but also as a credible infrastructure in the global financial system.
XRP Price Prediction: Technical Analysis
XRP continues to move within a bullish structure, but the 4-hour chart shows a consolidation phase that has now lasted for several days.
After breaking out in mid-July, the price repeatedly tested the resistance zone between $3.65 and $3.75 without being able to break it. It then continues to move along an upward trend traced from previous lows, which is holding up well for now and keeping the uptrend intact.
The picture remains positive, even if in the very short term there is a small slowdown: the price has fallen below the 9-period moving average (EMA), an indicator that measures recent market trends and often guides short-term movements.
Volume has also decreased, a sign that enthusiasm may have cooled. The MACD, the tool traders use to identify trend changes, is showing signs of weakness, suggesting that the bullish momentum may be losing steam. Nothing alarming for now: the trend remains intact, as long as support continues to hold.
The RSI, the indicator that measures whether an asset is overbought or oversold, is still in a neutral zone: not too high to suggest overbought, but not too low to indicate weakness. This leaves room for further upward pressure.
If the price manages to decisively overcome the current resistance, the closest target remains the $4 level, an important level from both a technical and psychological point of view.
So far, every attempt to get there has been repelled by selling and profit-taking, but if the current trend continues, the next push could break the previous highs.
