《I Only Trade Three Types of Markets, I Don't Mess with Anything Else》
Reflections on Achieving Financial Freedom in the Crypto World!
In these years of trading, my biggest gain is not just how much technology I have mastered, but the most important thing is having the courage to eliminate those 'unintelligible' markets.
Ultimately, trading is not about who analyzes more, but about who can stick to trading only what they understand.
I myself only trade three types of markets, and I don't touch anything else.
The first type: Pullback confirmation after a trend breakout
After a strong upward movement, the price pulls back but does not break the core structure, the volume converges, and the pullback approaches the previous high or support, then rises again.
Entering the market at this time is a safe area after confirmation following the trend. What I fear is that you can't help but chase the rise before waiting for confirmation.
What I fear is that you can't help but chase the rise before waiting for confirmation.
The second type: False drop with volume at the lower edge of consolidation
During a sideways consolidation, suddenly there is a volume breakout below support, but it quickly rebounds, forming a false breakout.
I only follow up on breakouts after pullback confirmation, combined with volume and price divergence or market anomalies.
Missing out is not a worry; what I fear is thinking 'this is the bottom' and not catching a rebound but getting caught by a knife instead.
The third type: Strong attack after a washout in the middle of a trend
The price has already made an upward move, starts to consolidate or pull back, with multiple fakeouts during this time, but the key support holds, and then accelerates again.
I will increase my position when the key support stabilizes and there is a short-term breakout. I can accept being wrong, the key is that the position I add 'can escape'.
I don't call the top, I don't guess the bottom, I don't chase after a surge. I only trade data scenarios that I have verified within my system.
Any market movements beyond these three types, I will stay out of the market or walk away directly.
Some say that this will miss many opportunities.
I do not deny that. But what I want is not to 'trade more', but to 'live longer'.
Trading has never been about who can catch more, but about who can lose a little less, make fewer mistakes, and go further.
