I just heard this crazy story from Chicago: a guy buys a car for 600 dollars, registers it in his ex-girlfriend's name, and leaves it parked at the airport. Over time, the car accumulates 678 parking tickets... with a total of more than 100,000 dollars in fines!

Parking fines can add up quickly if you're not careful... but this is on another level. I wonder how they are going to resolve that!
