The FBI has dropped its investigation into Kraken founder Jesse Powell, which stemmed from a management dispute with a non-profit he founded, rather than any issues with his crypto exchange.
Powell's devices, seized during the 2023 raid, have been returned, and he has expressed relief, continuing his defamation lawsuit against Verge Center for the Arts.
