Brothers who play contracts, take two minutes to read this, it might really save the last drop of blood in your account.

Do you often start to go against the trend as soon as you open a position?

Just as you stop loss, the market explodes; just as you close a position, the trend takes off directly?

Your direction judgment is not wrong, but the result is still a mess, and you lose more and more?

To put it bluntly - it's not that you can't do it, it's that you are precisely harvested by the mechanism.

Contracts are not investments, they are bets. You bet on ups and downs, the platform earns fees, and the market maker eats liquidation. The money you earn comes from others’ losses; the money you lose has long gone into others' pockets.

The most ridiculous thing is those “details” that you haven’t paid attention to.

For example, funding rates: several rounds of positive rates are actually the exchange attracting bulls to enter, and then counter-killing - you might naively think this is good news, but you end up being cut down.

Another example is the liquidation price: you think with 10x leverage, you need to drop 10% to get liquidated? Wrong, most liquidations are triggered early by forced liquidation, all backed by the “risk defense line” set by the system.

Transaction fees are also not a small matter; when using high leverage, the fees are calculated based on the total position. It seems like you earn a little, but in reality, a large chunk is taken away. You think you're making quick money, but you are actually paying a high price to “buy lessons.”

Some people like to roll over all profits into the next trade, earning big once, but losing everything the next time. True rolling over is: splitting profits, half for trading, half kept as a safety margin.

Many say “I keep getting targeted for liquidation,” you are not being monitored, but you haven’t understood the underlying logic of this game.

As soon as you enter the market, the system knows where you are; wherever you set your stop loss, the big players have a trail to follow. It’s not a conspiracy theory; it’s the transparency of on-chain data and deep learning tools that determine you will always be half a step behind.

How to play without getting harvested?

It’s not about being aggressive, but about being stable.

If the market is unclear, stay out of positions, don’t fill your positions, don’t cling to profits, stop loss decisively, and control your position properly.

I’m not a big shot, just someone who has been playing for a long time, harvested many times, and knows how to protect myself.

If you really want to turn things around, don’t focus on getting rich quickly; first understand the rules, learn to control the pace.

Otherwise, you will always be making “contributions” to the market, turning your principal into a pile of screenshots and regrets.

Listen to this: contracts are not about who earns quickly, but about who loses slowly. Those who can survive have the qualification to win.
