From losing 900,000 to slowly recovering with 2,800 USDT.

That year the market crashed, and I faced liquidation continuously, clearing my account three times, losing nearly 900,000 in total. During the day I pretended everything was fine, but at night I suffered from insomnia, deleted all my friends on social media, didn’t want to see anyone, and the only thought left in my mind was: Am I done for?

Until I came across a phrase: "Loss is just the beginning; holding on is what leads to disaster." At that moment, it felt like someone had struck me awake.

I took the remaining 2,800 USDT as my last chance, no more gambling, no more rushing. I reviewed my trades every day, documenting them, starting from scratch.

It was then that I realized the past losses were not due to a bad market, but because I was too chaotic: not cutting losses, frequently changing coins, adding positions recklessly, not controlling my position size... Essentially, I wasn't trading; I was gambling with my life.

This time I only did one thing: controlled rhythm + small position rolling.

I split the 2,800 USDT into two parts: one for market watching and testing, and the other for main operations. When the market was unclear, I stayed in cash, only engaging in what I could understand. Each time I set a profit target of 5%-8%; when I reached it, I exited without hesitation; if I lost, I cut the position, never staying in a losing trade.

In the first week, it reached 4,100 USDT, in the second week it broke 8,000, and by the fifth week, my account surpassed 23,000.

That night, I stared at my balance for a long time, not excited, but for the first time, I felt certain: I could turn things around, not relying on luck, but on rhythm and discipline.

What I used wasn't some black technology or insider information. It was just a "simple method": the rhythm was right, the position was stable, and I only traded in markets I understood.

Most people lose money, and it boils down to one word: chaos.

Chaotic direction, chaotic rhythm, and an even more chaotic mindset.

In fact, as long as you maintain a stable rhythm, even small funds can take off.

As for how to roll, how to select, how to exit? I can only say part of it; the rest relies on practical experience.

Still the same saying: enduring alone won't bring miracles; following the right people and taking the right path is how you can turn things around. Brothers, don’t fight alone anymore; I have always been here.
