Neuralink, Elon Musk's brain-machine interface company, announced on the 22nd that "this weekend, we successfully completed operations P8 and P9, marking our first time performing two operations in a single day. Both patients are recovering well and are in a good state of mind." Musk stated that Neuralink will ultimately change the lives of millions, if not billions, of people. Musk wrote: "Imagine if your loved ones could walk again, or if your parents with dementia could recognize their children again."
