#BTCvsETH #ETH

Historically, we have observed a capital rotation from Bitcoin to Ethereum in the mid or late stages of bullish cycles —particularly after BTC reaches its peak— when investors begin to seek higher returns in altcoins with solid fundamentals. That pattern seems to be reappearing, with Ethereum once again at the center of attention," said Jesús Carreño.

He added that, unlike previous cycles, "this potential ‘altseason’ will probably only benefit projects with truly solid fundamentals —like ETH and SOL— instead of triggering a widespread speculative rally across the altcoin market".

Finally, he mentioned that another key factor supporting Ethereum's price outlook is the upcoming Pectra upgrade.

"Currently, about 30% of the total ETH supply is staked, which reduces the circulating supply and can increase both scarcity and long-term demand. As staking becomes more attractive and the utility of the network continues to grow, we could see sustained upward pressure on the price of ETH," concluded Jesús Carreño.

Regulation of Stablecoins in the United States

In addition to the jumps that cryptocurrencies are showing in their prices, there is a new bullish reason, as recently, the US approved its first regulation for crypto dollars and other stablecoins. Last Thursday, the United States House of Representatives passed the GENIUS Act, making it the first comprehensive legislation regulating stablecoins in the country, that is, that group of cryptocurrencies whose value is tied to a real-world asset, commonly the dollar. The project only awaits the signature of the American president, Donald Trump, who has already expressed his support for the initiative.
