I just want to ask, how does someone like me, who hasn't been able to grab anything for over a month, survive?

Is the #Alpha platform operated by humans? Every time I complete the facial verification in advance, I have to go through secondary verification 8 out of 10 times when claiming. I haven't switched network devices. In half a month, I've only claimed once; is this something a human would do? I get 19 points every day, is this how you treat users? Have you put me on a blacklist?
