The governance of ERA is not mere words, like the laws of a city-state: holders can discuss whether "cross-chain taxes should be exempted" and "should the rewards for new chains be increased"; once the votes are cast, the law is enacted.
There was once a proposal to "halve the Gas fees for old users," and within three days it became a rule. Users all said: "This currency is not just a currency, but our voice — only when the words of the many can enter the law, can it be true governance." The guide looks to the many chains: "Order arises from consensus, and consensus arises from the power of the people."
