Natural disaster "token guarantee". During earthquakes and floods, nodes automatically switch to emergency mode to ensure disaster relief transfers. Users and nodes participating in the guarantee receive "disaster relief rewards"; affected users are exempt from fees and additionally receive WCT. During the last typhoon, the disaster relief connection was uninterrupted, and the token became a "lifeline guarantee". This "proves its worth in times of crisis" and is stronger than the usual calls for guarantees.
