We are excited to announce significant updates to the Binance Referral and Affiliate Program designed to help users maximize their commission earnings. All eligible users will soon enjoy commission rates of up to 50% across both spot and Futures trading with no time limitation or commission cap. 

Summary of Major Updates: 

  • Performance-based commission structure provides opportunities to all eligible users. 

  • Commission evaluations and rate adjustments will be fully automated for all eligible users by default; no application is required.

  • Users who achieve a Futures commission rate of 30% or higher through the evaluation will have their 1-year Futures commission validity period waived. 

  • The Binance Affiliates Futures Bonus will be discontinued and replaced by the upgraded benefits mentioned above. The bonus for 2025-07 will be the final distribution and will be paid out before 2025-08-15.

  • Invitees who open a Futures account will no longer receive the 10% rebate for the first month, regardless of whether the account was opened before or after this change. Similarly, inviters will no longer earn any part of the 10% rebate from their invitees, and this will reduce their maximum rebate accordingly.

  • The spot automated evaluation will be launched and conducted individually soon.

1. Futures Referral & Affiliate Program 

Effective from 2025-08-01, all eligible users will be automatically evaluated over a 3-month period and can earn up to a 50% sustained Futures commission rate based on the following new tier structure:

Notes:

  • *Futures Commission Time Limitation: The period during which the invitee generates Futures commission for their inviter after the invitee opens a Futures account.

  • **New Futures Traders: The number of new registrants who complete their first Futures trade during the evaluation period.

Affiliates who achieve a future commission rate of 30% or higher by passing the evaluation will not be subjected to the 1-year validity period for the current and next evaluation. Otherwise, the 1-year commission validity period will remain in effect and will be reset if the threshold is not maintained in subsequent evaluations.

2. Spot Referral and Affiliate Program (Coming Soon)

We will also update the Spot Referral and Affiliate Program with new evaluation criteria and an automated review process.

All eligible users can participate in a 3-month evaluation to earn higher commissions based on the following criteria:

Note: “New Spot and Margin Traders” refers to the number of new registrants who complete their first spot or margin trade during the evaluation period.

Common Rules for Both Spot and Futures Evaluation:

  • Eligible users for evaluation include all Binance users, with the exception of:

    • Sub-accounts;

    • Binance brokers;

    • Users whose current commission rate is 0%; 

    • Users who are residing in a restricted region for the referral, Spot, and Futures products;

    • Users who violate the Binance Referral Terms and Conditions.

  • Evaluations for existing eligible users start at the beginning of the calendar month and last for three consecutive calendar months. New users who become eligible after the 15th of the month will begin their evaluation from the 1st day of the following month.

  • Users can check their evaluation performance period and data by visiting the [Referral Pro Dashboard] and clicking on the [Futures Evaluation] or [Spot Evaluation] tab.

  • Upgrading of the commission tier will automatically take effect at 00:00 (UTC) on the day following the achievement of the criteria. Downgrading will take effect on the day after the evaluation period ends.

  • Users who reached a higher tier in the previous evaluation must meet the same tier criteria in the following 3-month evaluation period to retain their affiliate benefits.

  • The evaluation will only assess users’ referral performance from the beginning of the evaluation period onward. Performance prior to the evaluation period will not be assessed.

Terms and Conditions:

  • The evaluations of Spot and Futures, including their respective results and evaluation periods, are independent of one another.

  • The Futures Referral Program is exclusively available to users who are eligible to access Binance Futures. Participation may be restricted or prohibited in certain jurisdictions, regions, or for specific users in accordance with applicable legal and regulatory requirements.

  • Users are responsible for informing themselves about and observing any restrictions and/or requirements imposed with respect to the access to and use of Binance Futures trading services in each country/region from which the services are accessed.

  • Binance reserves the right at any time in its sole and absolute discretion to determine and/or amend or vary these Terms and Conditions without prior notice, including but not limited to canceling, extending, terminating or suspending the evaluation process, its eligibility terms and criteria. All users shall be bound by these amendments.
