Binance Will Remove the Seed Tag for BONK, EIGEN, ETHFI, PENGU & PEPE on 2025-07-21

Based on recent reviews, Binance will remove the Seed Tag for selected tokens on 2025-07-21.
The tokens to be removed from the Seed Tag list are:
Bonk (BONK)EigenLayer (EIGEN)ether.fi (ETHFI)Pudgy Penguins (PENGU)Pepe (PEPE)
Tokens with the Seed Tag represent new, innovative projects that may exhibit higher volatility and risks compared to other listed tokens.
Binance will conduct periodic project reviews and decide if the Seed Tag should be removed from tokens as per its latest findings. These criteria are considered during the review:
Commitment of team to projectLevel and quality of development activityTrading volume and liquidityStability and safety of network from attacksLevel of public communication, community engagement, and transparencyResponsiveness to our periodic due diligence requestsEvidence of unethical/fraudulent conduct or negligenceNew regulatory requirementsMaterial/unjustified increase in token supply or changes to tokenomicsImpact from changes to the project’s ownership structure or to the core team membersCommunity sentiments

Other services related to the aforementioned tokens will not be affected.
