Stellar Blade’s X Account Hacked to Promote Fake Token
The official Stellar Blade X (Twitter) account has been compromised, with hackers using it to promote a fraudulent cryptocurrency dubbed “Stellar Blade Coin.” The posts advertised fake airdrops, suspicious links, and promised users in-game items like exosuits and weapon upgrades — all designed to lure users into phishing traps.
🚨 Key Red Flags Identified:
• Sudden launch of an unannounced “Stellar Coin”
• Comments disabled to silence community warnings
• Misuse of game imagery and NSFW fan art
• Promises of large token rewards and in-game bonuses
Creative Director Hyung-Tae Kim confirmed the hack, urging fans to avoid interacting with any content from the compromised account while recovery efforts are underway.
“We kindly ask everyone to refrain from interacting with the account until it’s fully secured.” – Hyung-Tae Kim (@jamm3rd), July 19, 2025
⚠️ Important Reminder:
These types of scams often lead users to fake websites that steal private keys or wallet credentials. Never input sensitive info or connect wallets to suspicious links.
Stay vigilant. The Stellar Blade team is working to restore control.
