Beware of Misleading Information About BOB Token Liquidity
Someone is attempting to deceive the public by providing incomplete proof regarding the liquidity status of the BOB token. I urge you to read every post I write carefully, because blockchain data cannot be manipulated, and everything can be verified directly through official chain explorer like BscScan.
This person claims that the BOB developers did not store all the token liquidity in PancakeSwap. What you need to understand is that adding or removing liquidity on a DEX like PancakeSwap is easy to do it’s not a true measure of security.
The real security guarantee is when the developers renounce ownership of the contract. Once that happens, the developer can no longer transfer tokens from the contract to any individual wallet, and the contract becomes immutable in that regard.
The person spreading false claim uses DexScanner, but DexScanner only pulls data via the BscScan API. That’s why you should always rely on BscScan directly, not third-party tools. Worse yet, this individual selectively filters only “add liquidity” transactions and hides the “remove liquidity” transaction, which is a clear act of deception.
Based on actual screenshots and on-chain data, the BOB developer did add liquidity before renouncing ownership, but they also removed liquidity right before the renounce was finalized. This is verifiable and not speculation.
To check the most accurate and up-to-date information, go to BscScan > Contract > Token Holders, and look at the top holders. As of now, over 60% of the total supply is held by a known entity wallet, and another significant portion is placed in the PancakeSwap liquidity pool.
Now, can the developer transfer tokens to their personal wallet after renouncing ownership?
Absolutely not. Once ownership is renounced, functions like token transfer by the owner are permanently disabled. This means full control of the contract is relinquished.
verify data directly from BscScan. Dont fall for people who use incomplete or misleading evidence to push false narratives.
