Let me talk about my two basic criteria for choosing altcoins
The first criterion is to look at the trading volume. For friends with larger capital, if you choose to buy an altcoin with a 24-hour trading volume of only over 1 million USDT, there is a high probability that it will not rise after you buy it. By the time you sell, it might rise the next day. The same logic applies to KOLs with many fans; if they publicly recommend a low-volume altcoin, the fans buying a little will not drive it up. This is a conclusion I have drawn from countless experiences: the larger the trading volume, the more it can accommodate large capital, and the market trends are also more stable. Low market cap altcoins with small trading volumes tend to spike up and then quickly drop, like STO and TST, while high trading volume altcoins like UNI, LTC, and XRP have consistently maintained stable trends.
The second criterion is when trading altcoins, do not only look at their performance against USDT, but should pay more attention to their performance relative to BTC and ETH. If an altcoin cannot outperform BTC and ETH, what is the point of buying it? In other words, you are using a stronger asset to exchange for a weaker one.
I hope you can understand these two pieces of logic.
