First, at dawn, BTC hit a low of 117245, hitting the aggressive position of 117280, and ETH hit a low of 3526. At this moment, it's at 3615, fluctuating in a $100 space, with narrow fluctuations, maintaining the low liquidity and narrow fluctuations of the weekend, which is a standard weekend trend!
Today, let's briefly talk about operational skills:
①For friends who are new to spot trading, you can take at most 20% of the total position space to trade small altcoins, because 80% of the position should allocate 70% to BTC/ETH/platform coins and other long-term layouts, with at least 30% allocated to BTC, and at most 10% can be used for contracts. If position management is poor, it means poor asset management, and the final result is extremely poor risk tolerance. An extreme market condition will result in huge drawdowns or even liquidation!
For example, a total position of $10,000, the recent analysis of STRK, first position at 0.1405, then we take $1,000 from the $2,000 of short-term funds last night. Therefore, the first position can be allocated between $300 to $500, no more, because there are still 1-2 additional positions!
Many partners will ask, how much can I earn? It doesn't depend on how much you can earn, but on the word 'earn'. Manage the cycle well, and prepare a stop-loss trading plan. You can't want risk control to be the top priority while maximizing profits. You must always remember the first lesson: risk is proportional to return. To achieve higher returns means you must bear greater risks!
②Contract Players
Open a position of 1% each time, only trade BTC/ETH/SOL, and do not trade anything else. Choose a leverage of 50-100;
Every day, the aggressive positions given by Brother Sao can just be set at 1% for each point. Remember, the stop-loss condition is that you must be comfortable. If your position is already very small and you still don't take action, how can you accumulate steadily over time?
Perhaps earning 10% in a month is already very impressive. But what about one year or two years later? We are here to invest, not to speculate. Speculators often end up with losses, while investors often enjoy the gifts of time!
Usually, when you open a position, you go all-in with 20% or 30%. When it comes to Brother Sao's position, you don't even dare to take 1%. How can you develop your trading habits? Without good risk control trading habits, how can you cope with extreme market conditions and your survival issues?
For example, take yesterday's strategy, BTC's first aggressive position at 117280, and the first hanging position at 116411. Just these two positions, each at 1%, isn't it directly manageable? The average price is around 116760, right? Even if the stop-loss is triggered, there's only a $300 space!
This example is to tell you that when strictly executing Brother Sao's strategy, controlling the position well avoids liquidation risk. When given the opportunity, just take action without hesitation. Feeling that a 1% position seems like a 30% all-in position, hesitating and lingering, ultimately missing the opportunity and FOMOing yourself into frantic operations!
