*🚨 What to do if urination suddenly stops? 🚨*
✍️ This is the experience of a 70-year-old ENT specialist and a renowned doctor. Let's hear about a unique experience.
One morning he suddenly woke up. He needed to urinate but couldn't (some people face this issue later in life). He tried repeatedly, but the continuous efforts failed. Then he realized that something was wrong. As a doctor, he was not immune to such physical issues; his lower abdomen felt heavy, and he experienced difficulty sitting or standing. The pressure in his lower abdomen began to increase. He then called a renowned urologist and explained his situation. The urologist replied: "I am at an outside hospital right now, and I will reach your clinic in two hours. Can you wait that long?" He replied: "I will try." At the same time, his attention turned to another allopathic female doctor. He struggled to explain his situation to her. *The doctor replied: "Oh, your bladder is full, and you can't urinate despite trying... Don't worry, just do as I say, and you will get relief from this problem."* And she instructed: *"Stand up straight, and jump up and down repeatedly, raising both hands as if you are picking mangoes from a tree, do this 10 to 15 times."* The old doctor thought: "Can I really jump in this situation? The treatment seemed a bit suspicious. However, after trying it, after 3 to 4 jumps, he felt the urge to urinate, and it came out, bringing him relief. He happily thanked his doctor friend for solving the problem so easily. Otherwise, he would have had to be hospitalized, undergo bladder tests, injections, antibiotics, etc., along with the mental stress of surgery bills that would amount to millions for him and his loved ones.
Please share this with senior citizens. This is a very useful and easy solution, anyone facing this discomfort should try this experience.
