1. Stablecoin Bill
This bill mainly targets international trade settlement, requiring collateral of equivalent assets in banks for issuance, with a license issued by the U.S. Treasury Department, allowing stablecoins to be converted to fiat at any time. The passing of the bill did not increase the overall liquidity; it only redirected it accordingly, and the effect will need time to be validated. The Huaxia Fund in Hong Kong has already promoted the RWA on-chain RMB fund. In the future, China and the U.S. will engage in competitive battles in this arena.
2. Clarity Bill
Clarified the responsibilities of the SEC (U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission) and CFTC (U.S. Commodity Futures Trading Commission). The SEC reviews mature blockchain projects, while regulation is enforced by the CFTC. Relaxing regulations will also better eliminate junk projects. Projects need to apply to the SEC. Regarding taxes, there are no changes, which is good and has not caused unnecessary panic selling.
3. Anti-CBDC (Central Bank Digital Currency) Bill
Prohibits the Federal Reserve from issuing CBDC; in the future, the U.S. will only have stablecoins, while China promotes CBDC through the Belt and Road Initiative. The U.S. and China will clash over international trade settlement.
4. Four Big Trends
1) Bitcoin is in a pullback, lower range 115-109; if it breaks below, it will drop deeper. If it holds, there is hope to break 123, reaching 128-135 or even 150. The weekend market is volatile.
2) BNB may break new highs to 800 when Bitcoin rises to a new high; if it pulls back to 680-690, consider entering for a short-term position.
3) SOL surged to 184, breaking 200 is quite difficult. If it pulls back to 140, as long as the upward trend remains, it can be held.
4) ETH buying volume is very large, but the volume and price are not matching. If Bitcoin pulls back, ETH could reach 2900-3100; consider entering. Whether it can reach 4000 or 4800 completely depends on the market makers and buying volume.
5. Altcoin sharing
SUI can be considered, but the fundamentals have somewhat deteriorated. Aave remains the leader in DeFi; ONDO, MKR, XRP, BNB, SOL, and ETH can also be considered. Beginners are not advised to play with altcoins; anything uncontrollable and not replicable for sustained profit should be avoided. Do not engage in contracts; if your skills are not adequate, the outcome will be zero.
