Normal Pullback in a Bull Market

Many people lack basic trading knowledge

Crypto / Especially Bitcoin's long position volume has surged

Long funding rates have reached historical highs, U wealth management has an annualized 66%

These market pullbacks

Can be understood as the bow being drawn too tight

The arrow is on the string, and it must be released

Long and short positions are undergoing adjustments

No one's analysis can shout down Bitcoin

This pullback, is it the end of a short-term trend? I don't know.

What I want to say is, before the drop,

Many people saw the possibility of a decline

And many spoke up after seeing it

But really clearing positions and going short

Even making profits on both long and short

I know very few who did

Only very skilled traders can execute swing trades and profit on both sides; most are just showing off ant-sized trades and speaking out of turn

The reason many people lose money

Is by believing various chaotic surface messages

And not thinking about the substance behind price fluctuations

Contract trading is the most challenging job on the planet

Without the skills, just hold spot

It has no impact on spot

And it provided some averaging opportunities

In a few days, it will bounce back

The bull market is still on

Many people, due to the mindset developed in a bear market, see a drop and think it's a bottomless pit. They can't hold on during pullbacks.

A bull market is actually a healthy process of rising and pulling back repeatedly.

By the time we react, it’s already too late.

Just like in June, when I kept saying it looks like garbage now, there’s gold everywhere in the bull market, the same principle applies.

I’m done writing, keep it up.
