After a significant rise, the market is consolidating; what big move is brewing?

This wave has seen a substantial increase from the lows, with considerable gains across the board, many mainstream coins have surged by dozens of points, and some popular altcoins have even doubled. Hot money is flowing, and FOMO sentiment once exploded.

However, the recent days of consolidation + occasional sharp drops have caused many to panic:

"Is the market over?"

"Should we withdraw now?"

"Will it continue to rise?"

This is not the end; it is the time of "maximum divergence".

What is the essence of this consolidation and pullback?

Large holders are reducing positions & the market is changing hands.

During the earlier wave of increase, many funds have already taken profits, and we are now in a phase of low buying and high selling.

Popular sectors are rotating.

From ETH, SOL, TON, to AI and RWA sectors, the enthusiasm is being passed like a relay baton, with the main players looking for new leaders.

The direction of the new wave is undecided; consolidation is the biggest signal.

The true top will never directly tell you; fluctuations + shaking out positions are the tactics that the main players love to use.

How will it proceed? Two possibilities, different strategies!

① Break upwards from consolidation, second surge (high probability)

If BTC breaks through critical levels (closing above 118,000 on the daily)

If ETH stabilizes around 3500, it may aim for the 3800-4000 area.

Popular altcoins may start a "catch-up rally", especially those with smaller previous gains and strong narratives.

Operation suggestions:

Appropriately increase positions in coins that haven’t started; chasing gains should be done cautiously to avoid being caught in sharp drops.

② Break down from consolidation, deep pullback (medium probability)

If BTC falls below 115,000, and ETH drops back below 3400, it will enter a panic sell-off in the short term.

Do not rule out the possibility of shaking out positions down to support and then pulling back (a typical strong player tactic).

During consolidation, it’s not a time for quick profits but a time to lay out slow money.

Take profits without clearing positions, control your holdings, and keep some chips for later.

Avoid frequent trading; consolidation is filled with false signals + false breakouts.

What the market currently lacks the most is: a sense of rhythm.

Many people's accounts aren't losing money, but frequent trading, chasing gains, and flipping positions have worn down their patience and capital.

Those who truly make money are always those who ambush in advance during the consolidation phase, hold patiently during the fluctuations, and decisively increase positions after the market starts.

This is a fluctuation, not the end. Don’t misread the rhythm, and absolutely don’t exit early!
