Crypto Market Cap Soars to $4 Trillion Following Trump Law
The total cryptocurrency market capitalization has exceeded $4 trillion, driven by the adoption of a new law in the United States.
Bloomberg reports that according to CoinGecko, the cumulative market value of crypto assets surpassed $4 trillion for the first time. A key factor in this growth was the passing of the first federal stablecoin law in the U.S. This legislation introduces oversight for dollar-pegged tokens and opens up new opportunities for institutional investors.
"Bitcoin's path to $150,000 looks increasingly inevitable," said Fadi Aboualfa, head of research at Copper. $BTC currently accounts for approximately 60% of the total market value.
Altcoins are showing particularly rapid growth. Ether has risen 22% in five days, Uniswap 24%, and $SOL 6.5%. Meanwhile, Bitcoin reached a record price of $123,205 this week.
