The address withdrew 47.28 million USDT from platforms such as Cryptocom and Cumberland to purchase ETH on-chain, then mortgaged ETH to borrow 16.75 million USDT from Aave to continue purchasing ETH. Currently, this whale/institution holds approximately 38,000 ETH.
